ERP integrations

Posted to the ERP you already run.

Calibre works inside your finance stack. It keeps vendors, accounts, tax codes and purchase orders in sync with your ERP, and posts every verified invoice with the codes your team would have chosen.

Integration engineering

New ERP connectors in days, not months.

We built the hard parts of integration once. A new ERP needs only its adapter: authentication and the ERP’s own operations. Mappings, preflight checks, retries, posting and the audit trail are already there, already tested. That is why we can say yes to the ERP you run.

  1. AdapterAuthentication and the ERP’s own operations. The only part written for each new ERP.
  2. MappingFields, GL accounts and tax codes. Versioned, with test cases that must pass before a mapping is published.
  3. PreflightPurchase order, vendor, GL account, tax code, currency, line reconciliation and duplicates, checked before any write.
  4. EngineA durable queue with retries, circuit breakers, quarantine and blackout windows.
  5. PostingWrites keyed so they happen once, the PDF attached, and the ERP document number returned.
  6. AuditEvery request and response kept, with the ERP’s own reply.
Posting

Nothing is written twice.

  1. 1

    Trigger

An invoice clears on its own or is approved.

  2. 2

    Preflight

PO open, vendor active, GL and tax code valid, lines reconciled, not a duplicate.

  3. 3

    Write

Posted with its own key, so a retry never makes a second entry. Unresolved lines are held, not guessed.

  4. 4

    Return

The PDF is attached and the ERP document number comes back to Calibre.

FAQ

Integration questions

How long does a new ERP connector take?

Days, not months. Every connector is built on one platform, so a new ERP needs only its own adapter; mappings, preflight checks, retries, posting and the audit trail are already there.

Can an invoice be posted twice?

No. Every posting carries its own key, so retries and resent invoices never create a second entry in your ERP.

Do we change our chart of accounts?

No. Calibre reads your vendors, accounts and tax codes from your ERP and posts with the codes your team already uses.

See it on your own invoices.

Send us a month of invoices. We replay them against your ERP’s records and show you, vendor by vendor, what Calibre would have cleared, and why the rest would have gone to a person.
